lower lumbar fusion

Hey all!

I was wondering if anyone knows or where to send me for information on spinal fusions. I've had 2 previous surgeries on L4-L5, L5-S1.

I'm down and out again....on some of the strongest pain meds out there just to function. I'm on the verge of losing my job because I can't perform the duties anymore. I want my life back..... I want fused. I know I'm taking a chance, but trying to get my ducks in a row before I make a decision.

Just had my MRI today and moving forward from here.

Anybody have any info out there? I'm willing to do whatever it takes. Someone did mention a surgery called, "axial lif", but I can't find any information on it.

Thanks and hope everyone has a pain free day.

P.S. I'm in Pittsburgh but willing to travel and pay whatever it takes to get my life back. Anyone know of any decent doctors out there?
