Tomorrow is surgery day! A little nervous but that's to be expected. I hope the procedure goes smooth. Doc is removing hardware from L4 done in 2008 and placing new hardware in L5 with screws. I'm wondering if recovery will be the same as the first time. I guess I will take it easy and just go with the flow of today so I can be prepared for tomorrow

  • You know what to expect. Just make sure you have everything you will need plus a little more just in case.

I would spend today doing something just for you! An ice cream cone, a walk in the park, a good book, whatever it takes. Remember to eat light today or you will be sorry tomorrow.

Good Luck and I can't wait to hear from you at the end of the week!!
  • Best wishes....try to relax today and do something for yourself. Maybe enjoy an ice-cream sunday or coffee with friends or a trip to the mall.
