Had check up today and received good news. There is fusion taking place. Yea! Was told I could do about anything I wanted except of course lifting heavy objects. The pain and soreness is because I am moving more. Start PT in two weeks to strengthen muscles.Still on 1/2 days though until a couple of weeks of pt. Sitting is worse on spine than standing.
