After many many days of misery I saw my pain management doc on Wed. I was on 30mg of Oxycontin 1 q 12hrs and 1-2 Norco per day for break through pain. He added 1 more Oxycontin during the day so I take 1 q 8hrs and 1-2 Norco q 8hrs. They also added a muscle relaxer that works. Now I'm actually back to a 4-5 on the pain scale instead of a steady 7-8. It was nice because they did seem to listen to me and my husband and are getting me back on track. Now if I can get through all the waiting for paperwork so I can get my SCS.
