Anyone suffer from thoracic pain?

I have been dealing with this for 20-30 years, now 47. Have flare ups that occur sporadically and can be debilitating. Basically feels like the mid-back needs to be constantly cracked and pain on either side of spine coupled with numbness and tingling. Hard to sit in seats (especially unsupported ones) for long and need advice.

  • Welcome to Spine Health. Have you been evaluated by any sort of doctor for this pain and numbness? If so, what sort of diagnostic testing was done?

It's kind of hard to advise, not knowing a little more about your injury and history of treatment and testing. Can you tell us a little about what you have gone through up to this point?

And you will find scores of other members who have been dealing with thoracic problems for long periods of time, some that have had surgery, etc

As "C" said, can you provide us with some more details? MRI/CT Scans, other diagnostic test results, doctors suggestions, medications, treatments, etc
