Repeat Surgery Went Well

Spent 2 days in the hospital again, Wed-Fri. Left feeling much better than 2 weeks ago, with no leg weakness or leg pain, just some heaviness and tingling.

Surgeon said things had collapsed/shifted from last surgery. He had to take out a cage he put in becasue it was spilling BMP. He talked about spacers coming out and of cleaning up scar tissue and bone growths around the nerves, freeing them up.

Today I feel OK. Back hurts but nothing unbearable. I have to go back to MD Monday to have blood drawn. I was a wee bit down on the Hgb/Hct but didn't want blood for those levels. If the levels dropped more, I may reconsider. But I think I have a great excuse to be treated to steaks at least every other day for a few weeks, don't you agree?

Thanks again for all the well wishes and hugs. They really helped. I will write more another time.
