...a sample hearing dvd thst Binder and Binder sent me. I'm gettin soooooo nervous about my hearing on the first!! Would you say the attorney asks more questions than the judge?

Anyone hear who used B and B for their case? Please, if anyone has ANY ANY kind of advice, knowledge, encouragement...whatever...Please let me know!!! I'm just entirely too nervous I think.

Also, is it going to hurt that I've never seen a psychologist? My PCP gives me prozac for depression...but I've neve been to talk to anyone.

  • I haven't gotten to that stage yet but I will tell you that B&B is who I would use. They have been around a very long time and have an excellent rep. I remember the guy with the hat from almost 25 years ago. He was my bosses attorney and he only used the best.

Try not to over think the hearing. I've been through a few depositions (which are similar) and it's best to say as little as possible and answer honestly. Simple is best.

And remember that we are all with you in spirit. A great big circle of spiney friends.
