:?I called out for work today and should have yesterday. I could barely walk to the parking lot to go home.
I started having strong spasms in the front and back left thigh which has been my main symptom now my right is spazing.
Its the new pain(right leg) that I'm concerned about. I stand up and have to grab on to something when I stand because the spasm is too strong.
I'm venting and worry myself about my pain.
Having the other side suddenly hurting has me worried. Hot epsom salt baths help some but that only last until I get out.
I have three Dr appt in one week(my regular MD, Neurologst, and a new spine surgeon. For now I just need to make it till then. Oh yes, my daughter is getting married 10-10-10. Aughh!!! :''(

  • Are you drinking plenty of water? I know it sounds like such a simple thing but it is what stopped my legs from spazing. When I would get the least bit dehyderated I would have horrid muscle cramps. Drinking plenty of water is what stopped them and I have not had a problem since. I drink several tall glasses throughout the day. If I forget the spazams start up again.
This simple remedy has helped other people I know.
    Cheers :H

  • 8} you should mention that. I realized today I haven't drank much water the past few days. I get busy at work some days and forget to drink the water bottle I take to work every day. I normally drink close to a gallon of water a day. I need to pay close attention.
    Thank you Pat.
I love this web site. >:D<
