Lobsters - a True story

Ok, if you are an animal lover and dont like to hear about lobsters getting cooked so they can be eaten, please do not read on!!!!

At physical therapy, a couple of the therapists and I were talking about Lobsters, seafood, and Cape Cod. This one therapist had a good story. His brother in law was coming in from the mid-west and never had lobster. So at a family lobster/clam bake on Cape Cod, he wanted his brother in law to try first hand on how to cook live lobsters.

Now, this therapist's wife is standing by with a video camera. The therapist tells his brother in law to put the lobster into the boiling water tail first!. Well he did,
and in a split second that lobster basically flew out of the pot into the air and landed on the ground!

Needless to say, the correct method is head first .
