Has anyone tried this for DDD? It keeps popping up in my research?

  • From what i can find on that it is a chiropractic technique. Before I would let anyone do those manipulations I would check with a specialist to see the safety in it given you already have buldges and tears. I myself have never tried them, but some good chiropractors will tell you not all things can be addressed by them. So I say before trying such a technique check with your health care provider.
  • Thanks,

I was doing research on DDD and this kept poping up as being most conservative.
  • Driftwood,

I agree with Tamtam. DDD though controllable to some degree, doesn't need to be yanked and banked as they say. Check with your diagnosing doctor before you go through this. I think your tears are also raising my concerns about chiropractic treatments. You want to stay "pro-active" in your care for your neck so you can avoid aggravating the DDD, or make it worse too soon.

You never know, your doctor might give the go ahead, but please run it by him or her first. :)
