Why is it that I go for days on end with only 1 or 2 hours of sleep each night, if at all, then go for days where I just can't stay awake during the day? It's so frustrating...

  • No idea but when you figure it out let me know.

Seriously, what I wouldn't give for a normal nights sleep.

I know narcotics have an opposite effect on me and tend to wire me when they wear off. So, if I have to take them, I try not to take any BT meds late in the day but man...

    Sleep eludes me!
  • 3 hours after taking a zoplicone (I think name brand is Immovane?) and still nothing... And I don't take it very often, as I want it to work when I need it to!! Time to see the doc to revisit the med I guess. This is just ridiculous. Am I just supposed to wait til I drop from exhaustion before I can get sleep, then sleep for the next two days??!!
