i have below symptoms which make me feel like in a bad nightmare and feel like a 80 years old man

Symptoms are :-

1-Burning knee and continuous ankle pain

2-when walking i feel like a weight in my leg along to burning sensation in soles , ankle , knee and hips

3-when i stand feel pain in soles , ankle and leg

4-I feel pain when i bent my knee and leg

5-week muscles and feeling unable to hold any thing or open a bottle

6-pain in my hand when i comb my hair

my questions are simply

1-can all the above symptoms be because of herniation ?

2-what about pros and cons of doing surgery
