fibromialgia newbie

Hello everyone my name is melody im 39 and suffer from fibromialgia, lupus , nuropathy in my feet. been going through this only for about a year and half. its frustratig. going to the doctors trying to explain your pain and feeling your never heard! i have tried many things ..... celebrex, savella, tramadol, hydrocodone, cmbalta etc ... pain mostly in my back. and pain is worse at night..... looking for friends and understanding...........


  • Sorry to hear you have fibro. I hope the Drs can find a med and other treatments like Physiotherapy or aqua therapy that helps your pain. Take care. Charry

  • Go to Mayo or Cleveland Clinic. Sure it's a hassle, expensive or inconvenient but they do the whole job.
    When you have muliple problems you need a team. Most doc's only know a bit and after 3 visits they have done everything they know with you.
