well i don't know if this has to do with chronic pain and it is a bit self serving with posting about myself but maybe my solutions can help some of you. last year i had major and i mean major health issues that did not have to do with my back. let's say i had surgery for gall bladder and almost bought the farm. blood tests were wac and my legs and ankles were swollen etc and i felt like crap and it wasn't helpful when my fellow educators did not help me when i got back to work. well on went on a weight loss program and i've lost 30 lbs since july. i was worried because my loss was a lot and i wasn't trying. so i went to dr had tons of blood tests and yesterday went to dr, well ankles and legs are no longer swollen and all of my blood test were great. they took 7 vials. the only problem is low testosterone. well back to the shots and zits from the hormone. i feel great and look good. the only problem is back still sucks and i still can't walk. things are great at work also. so lesson learned is by taking care of oneself even with bad back, one can get better and look better.
well just a story to help others. take care of yourself even with a bad back
