My spine always seems to get out of line. I am constantly realigning myself, especially in the T-5 and neck area. When it gets out of place, I'll experience severe stomach pain, headaches, dizziness, even vision problems. It's a constant struggle! I visit the chiropractor regularly, and he'll usually find three or four spots out of place each week. Any ideas as to why I get out of place so often, or what I can do to help myself stay aligned?
