Hi all,

Hope you are all well.
Its been 9 months since my Micro-D and have recently started getting bad cramp in my calf, from the knee to the ankle at the back - Its usually first thing in the morning but is getting worse and is not making the muscles sore and tense.
I had another MRI and the nerve is not trapped anymore, but still have 2 bulging discs -

The doc said that anything can occur with sciatica and if it worsens, can give me something.

Anyone have the same or advice?

Also - should bulging discs be left?

Thanks :)

  • hi! :H there are some really good nerve pain medications out now that may help you with your sciatica.. i have it really bad in my left leg and use Lyrica which has really helped quite a bit!! your doctor will know of others.. good luck and i hope you have some pain relief soon! Jenny :)
