Has anyone tried using the Elaine Petrone miracle ball method?

  • Sorry, but I have never heard of it.

But something that calls itself a miracle I have my doubts about.

You know the old saying,If it sounds to good to be true........

  • I have them but did not stick with them as they did not seem to help me much. I get more relief from yoga than the balls and also do self trigger point release. Every single morning I do half an hour of range of motion and stretching exercises given to me by various physical therapists over the years and they really help me with morning pain and stiffness. In addition to the back problems I also have fibro and chronic myofascial pain and the morning exercise ritual helps immensely.

  • I tried these little balls; I have put them behind my back and tried to relax. But did this for a day only. I prefer stretching, yoga and somatic exercises.
  • I have all of Elaine Petrones videos and different size balls, I have never felt better, I do the techniques nightly and love how my body feels, I have exercised for years, including Yoga. I have been to many massage therapist and chiropractors and nothing has made me feel as good ....I am very impressed and my body Thanks Elaine Petrone!
