2 level fusion in 08 and now L3-L4 about to rub

DDD at next level. Having lots of aches and pain in the lower back near hips now. Just wondering if others have been thru this same problem after their L4-S1 fusion.

    Yes, twice. It seems the next level just can't take the extra load for very long. I wish they would have invented a replacement disc with full suspension. I learned much to late that you have to change your life style.
