I lost 63 lbs and still have at least 50 to go and now since my knees got injured I am gaining it back
I have just about all the exercise stuff anyone would ever need
Love the Wii - that is how I got a lot of it off to begin with.
Now however with my back AND both knees injured - well ???
I do belong to the YMCA and gave them a call today to see if they have any issues with me being in a wheelchair and using the pool to swim laps without a aid person to help me - still waiting on their call back.
But are there other exercises that can be done that maybe I am looking over?
I know my knee surgery ( March 15th ) will be better as will my recovery if I can get some weight off first.
L1 - S2 "gone" useless in 1 way or another. DDD. RA. Bone Spurs. Tons of nerve damage/issues. Stenosis. Both knees replaced. 50 yrs old. I had a great fall (hence my user name) at age 41 and it has been a domino effect every since.
