Pain when i breath ....oh and hello!!

Hi there

just wanted to ask ..has anyone had pain in their lower back right side when they take a deep breath...i started using a skipping rope to build up a bit of fittnes and wondered if that could cause it...ime female aged 57 and 29 in the head lol

    I do not know if this helps....but I had pain in my side when when I cracked a rib. Have you fell??

  • hi and welcome to the forum! :H we are here to offer you support and answer what questions we can. so glad you dropped in.. i am in my 50's as well!! it does get a little harder to age and have pain i have to say!! if you think jumping rope is causing you problems, stop for awhile and see if you get better! good luck to you and as always, see a doctor if the pain persists!
