After being a member here for over a year now I feel OK about sharing this
I know several people here have a Bidet in their home, so I thought this little tidbit may be useful to those who use one. Especially if you travel or visit somewhere that does not have one for you, or if yours breaks.
I don't have one. I found myself after a non back surgery in need of one through. When I was sent home they did not tell me I would need one, so I found out rather unexpectedly that I did lol :jawdrop: So there I sat thinking OK NOW WHAT DO I DO :puzzled:
I took a old fashion hot water bottle and filled it with luck warm water and hung it up on my shower rod ( which happens to be by my toilet - but you can hang it any where higher then your bum.
I then attached the douche nozzle that comes with the hot water bag and by control the flow/speed of water it worked out perfectly.
Why not the enema end? The enema attachment only has 1 hole in it, where as the douche attachment has several all around it, so I did not have to have good aim
If you are traveling and don't want to set this all up - I have also used a disposable douche ( vinegar & water only would I trust back there lol )and it works almost as well.
Hopefully if you ever need a bidet unexpectedly as I did - this will help you out
PS: If you want to use this idea in your shower once in awhile just to "be sure" if you have reaching issues like I do - it works even better
