I'm not so new to this forum been coming here for a long time, little bout me have ddd lower back all lumbar disc affected.Had percutaneous discectomy in 2008 multiple esi injection facet blocks none of them worked. Lumbar compression fracture in 2006. Presently looking for new PM docotor in New Orleans Metro Area,any one ave any suggestions please pm me.





  • Sorry to hear you have lumbar DDD also. I hope you can find a good Pain Management clinic where you live. The only way I could get into a hosptial Pain Management Center was through my Family Dr. referal. I was able to find some PM Drs online but most need a referral from your Family Dr. I hope you can find a PM Dr. in your area. Charry
    DDD of lumbar spine with sciatica to left hip,leg and foot. L4-L5 posterior disc bulge with prominent facets, L5-S1 prominent facets with a posterior osteocartilaginous bar. Mild bilateral foraminal narrowing c-spine c4-c7 RN
