need help dont know what to do

Hi yall i had ALIF Nov 1 st on l4 l5 and still in pain i had numbness and burning and pain and weakness in both my legs since surgey its now only the left well long story short i started pt today omggggg its was awful i was crying and i can barley walk now!
im laying in bed and ive been up doing everything in my home before i went there what do i do? this didnt happen when i went to pt after my 1 st back surgery in 200


  • I just started water therapy last week. The first sesssion I also had alot more pain. Called my surgeons nurse, and she said absolutly NO Flares. She told me to back down big time. I cant start land based for 3 more months.
    I suggest you call your surgeon or his nurse and talk to them, as something isnt right to cause that much pain. Not saying it is the fusion, just maybe too much to fast. Good Luck
