Hello everyone, im new here so bear with me. first off let me give some history, back in 05 i had a cervical fusion @ c4-c7, in Aug of 2010 i needed a microdisectomy of L3-L4, after surg. i was doing fine till i went back to work then the pain got worse, worse than it was before surg. (same Dr. that did cervical did lumbar) went back to Dr. and he said nothing he could do surgically and i was to go back to pain mgmt. pain Dr. sent me for Ct scan and found a collapsed disc at L5-S1 but also found part of L3-L4 was cut out, when it wasnt supposed to be cut out, and now nothing there to support anything. went to see another surgeon and was told he will do a fusion at L3-L4 but he will not do anything about collapse at L5-S1. why wont he do anything about that? i had surg. in Aug. to relieve the pain and it only got worse, now if Im gonna have another surg. to fix one Drs. mistake why wouldnt they worry about the problem at L5-S1, i do not want to have another surg. to begin with, but if i do why not take care of all problems?
