Hi evrybody,

I do not know if I'm writing in the right section, sorry.

Im Italian and I live in London, I was operated for a herniated disc in April 2009, L5-S1, now I'm fine but I can not lift heavy loads, I need to rest for 7 / 8 hours a night, because otherwise if I sleep I feel a little discomfort and pain in his right leg, now I'll never be in better shape as before I'll have a lifetime of disability, which will surely get worse when I get old.

I am a month in London and work in a fast food for 45 hours per week in the kitchen, wearing a belt for my back.

I wonder if I am entitled to a reduction in working hours and how to get it.

Thank you endeed for your help.
