Lower back pain

I have Server lower back pain but I get sharp shooting. Pain if I put my head down . Any suggestions on relief


  • the only safe thing i can suggest is to go and see your family doctor
    1997 laminectomy
    2007 repeat laminectomy and discectomy L4/L5
    2011 ALIF {L4/L5/S1}
    2012 ? bowel problems .still under investigation
    2014 bladder operation may 19th 2014
  • hi and welcome to the forum! :H we are here to offer you support and answer what questions we can.. i think that is a very good idea to head to your family doctor and get a good checkup.. you really need a diagnosis before any type of treatment can begin.. be sure and see your doctor if this persists!! stop by the forum anytime! we are happy to hear from you!! good luck!     Yeah..the above about seeing doc is really essential. Then you know a little more of what you're dealing with.
    This site is great and informative..and especially when docs tell you something and you want to know more about it...or options..etc.
    The kind of pain you describe is your body screaming something is wrong. Check in with doc..esp to stop further aggrevation.
