This has never really happened to me before. I don't know why its happening or if its a big deal or not. But the last 2 weeks my back was feeling really good, compared to normal. And I thought I was actually starting to make some progress. Well the last two nights I woke up in the middle of the night and my left leg, which is the one that always hurts, was completely locked up. I couldn't even move my foot until I hobbled out of bed and wedged my toes against the wall to "break" them free. No matter how hard I tried I couldn't take my foot and point my toes up or down.
Is this something that others experience often? Or is there some better stretches I can do to help with this?
