So, I have been feeling great and haven't had any problems lately. My neck is great and nerve pain is under control. then whammo...not anymore.
I had a 3 level cervical fusion in October of last year. Neck is great, no pain there. Now my lower back is killing me. The pain just readiates out to the left, down my butt, and into my leg.
I've tried advil, tylenol, heating pads, changing positons, standing, sitting, walking, resting...well I think you get the picture. I've taken muscle relaxers and vicodin. Neither of these are helping.
I read my MRI results again last night that stated there is mild degenerative disk at L4 and L5.
My question is there any other treatment I can try to alleviated some of this pain. It hurts to sit, stand, walk, etc.
