I am new to the site. I am looking at possibly having bone spurs removed from 3 of my lumbar vertebrae. I guess I don't know if this requires fusion and if so or not, how long is recovery time. Been at a new job a little over a yr. and already been out a bit due to kidney stone and tonsillectomy.
Appreciate any advice or help from anyone.
