Back surgery quick

This is just my opinion but it seems like there are alot of people who are in a rush to get back surgery as if it's a minor surgery like having a splinter removed or a tooth pulled. It also seems like people don't give much credence to physical therapy example:(I tried it didn't work) I think most of us know you can't build a house out of toothpicks so how can you NOT expect to have back pain if your core muscles are weak?

Just my opinion

  • How you doing fellow ALIF buddy ?

I can't answer your question sorry. Everyone is so different, pain tolerance, symptoms, circumstances and of course the presentation of the procedure (just a Little micro D, that'll fix you up!) can all be factors.

I just got placed (@ 7.5 months post op )back on NO BLT & back in brace! I'll post a thread to catch you up. But now 2 surgeons are saying posterior surgery required to "fix"me and I'm not running to OR, scared to death! soul searching & praying for answers!
