How long before you could ride your bike after fusion

i had l4,l5,s1,fusion on dec 7 2010.if you cycle how long was it before your doctor let you back on your bike?


  • The big wheel or the harley? Once you are fused you can do what ever you are able. Could take 6 months to a year to fuse. All depends

  • When I had my L5S1 fusion, it was four months before I could ride. Of course, most doctors kinda frown on bikes anyhow and mine was no exception. But, after the four months, he said I could ride if I wore my brace. This is road motorcycle riding mind you. Good luck!
