I'll try to condense this the best I can. I am a 52 yr. old housewife, on social security disability w/no children of my own but 4 step kids, grown. I have been in several car accidents, snowmobile and several falls. I also have a long standing family history of reumatoid conditions.
I was diagnosed with spinal/cervical disk degeneration, stenosis, osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia. My latest finding was extensive facet degeneration from L3-S1 w/disc space narrowing especially at L5-S1 and grade 1 anterior listhesis of L4 on L5. Stenosis in low back and neck were both found by MRI's in 1989. Arthritis is also affecting my knees, ankles and fingers.
I have chronic major depression and anxiety and a stutter since childhood. I currently take these meds. 1)klonopin, 2)Wellbutrin 3)zoloft 4)vyvanse for those conditions. For the arthritis and pain, I've been on many anti-inflamatories and currently Methadone for pain since 2008 and before that, Lortab and Oxycontin (which affected my personality and thinking process too badly). I am in pain 90% of my time but try and keep going best I can. I hope I can help others through what I've learned and experienced.
I'm glad to be here, Slamina (Iowa)
