This is my second night in less than a week that I did not even get a half hour of sleep. I toss and turn because no possition is comfortable and my back has litterally kicked my ass all week. I'm thinking about adding sleeping pills to my medication list. What's another pill anyways.

  • Not being able to sleep sucks dosnt it?

I have had sleeping problems for years. I finally talked to my Doctor about this problem a few years ago. He put me on Klonopin 0.5 mg. Now I fall asleep almost as soon as I go to bed. But I would only sleep 4 hours and then I was wide awake.

I solved that problem by breaking the pill in half. I still fell asleep almost as soon as I go to bed taking just half a pill but now when I wake up after 4 hours I take the other half. Now I sleep the whole night!!

It's the most wonderful feeling to sleep all night long after all these years. I have never had to increase the dosage at all and I have been on them about 5 years. I also have no drugged feeling when I wake up like I do taking a sleeping pill. I just feel refreshed.

I do hope you find an answer to your problem. BTW...Kolopin is not a sleeping pill but a nerve pill but it sure works for me. It also helps to ease my night time pain when I am having a flare up.

    Best of luck yo you.

    Cheers :H
