Nerve pain returning at 5 months post-op - scar tissue?

Well I had been so busy patting myself on the back for how great I was doing after my fusion - that I "forgot to remember" that I wasn't out of the woods yet.

While the NS was VERY sure that he got my entrapped nerves free during my surgery, I had never gotten complete relief from the nerve pain and especially the numbness and tingling. He said he wasn't worried about it so I wasn't either as I know it can take a long time for the nerves to heal.

Now over the past several weeks, I have found the nerve pain increasing - mostly in my lower leg now and I have developed a partial drop foot. My Physical Therapist has been working on nerve flossing but it doesn't seem to be helping so she has me set up to see the NS tomorrow.

I am quite concerned that this is a scar tissue problem and would welcome any suggestions or advice anyone might have for me.
