Once again. I haven't been able to walk much more than 30 min. scince befor my last surgery. And I couldn't do the hills at all. Up here in the mountains, there isn't very much that's flat.
So trying to come out of my cave, and trying to stay active and keep this depression from consuming me.
I decided to do things a little differently. And walked some hills and increased the time to 55 min. Well, I'm sure you all can imagine just how well that went.

  • So sorry. Maybe you need to take it slower,,,baby steps, 30 mins until you get to a point where that doesnt hurt, then 40 min. I know it is hard, I am there with you. Seems sometimes you just cant do much you want to, but I hope it gets better for you. Dont push to hard, take care!!
