I'm glad I found this forum today. I started having major neck pain 2 years ago when something caught my attention and I looked upwards and felt my neck "slip" out of position. It took a minute or so to get back into place and hurt like crazy. It kept happening so I had an mri and was told I have discs bulging at C 3,4,5,6,7-T1. I have some spurring and forward sublaxation. I went to PT but quit after the traction made it worse. My neck is so bad now that I move like a robot. I can't look to the right or left, nor up or down. I go to a military base for treatment and they can't see me until the middle of July. About 30 minutes ago my neck slipped out of place again and it's still not back where it should be and my head is aching badly. Lots of pressure. Has anyone else had something similiar happen? I would appreciate any feedback.
Thanks! And again, I'm glad I found you.
