9mm mass in the c5 vertebra

hello everybody,its nice i found this site. i just have my MRI last week and the result came today .. result states that i have a 9mm mass in my c5 vertebra and they dont know whats the nature.. i had a series of numbness in my head, hurting below my neck and left shoulder blade.. have you had any experience like this?? please help me.. thank you
