I can do alot of things now but I am finding out that somethings I cant or I am scared to do. S1-L5 fusion age 46

    How long ago was your L5/S1 lumbar fusion?

  • Welcome to the crips club=criples. You have to turn someone over flip them out of the wheel chair to join. I am fused at l4l5 and there is a lot i cant do either. It can be rough when everything hurts from top of your head to the bottom of your feet. When was your fusion jimbo?
    Flexicore ADR 2004 resulting nerve damage l4l5 Fusion 2006 same level, 2009 hardware removal with lami !

    Welcome to Spine Health!! You have found yourself a great group of fellow spineys here!! Sadly, most of us find whether fused or not, spine issues curtail much of our prior activities be it due to pain or fusion restrictions.

    Please tell us a bit more about yourself, and then I am sure others in similar boats can chime in for support. Again, Welcome aboard!!

    PCTF C4 - T2, Laminectomies C5, C6 & C7. Severe Palsy left arm/hand.
