mri shows moderate spinal stenosis at T10-11 as a result of a "prominant disc bulge". It reports that "the midline diameter of the thecal sac measures approximately 8 mm at this level with effacement of the CSF collar".

my question is, what is the average midline diameter of the thecal sac in the thoracic spine?it says there is moderate stenosis.

the reason i am worrying is because i now awake with a bandlike deep ache around my rib cage and am thinking maybe it has to do with the stuff going on a T10-11.

although it's likely not associated, i have had 4 lumbar surgeries including a L4-S1 fusion with instrumentation
