I have a muscle in the center of may abdomen that is probably an inch and a half apart. When I try to strengthen my core it sticks up all the way down and is uncomfortable. Many people PT, surgeon told me there is nothing they would do about that. I have thoracic back issues (previous surgery and probably need another one) and not being strong in the core seems to be making it even worse. Does anyone have any suggestions? My dr. says come back if I get a hernia. NICE huh?
