Saw my Neurosurgeon today, and my neck is doing great, but my lower spine not so great. I had a 2 level fusion last June, and have had allot of pain from the hardware ever since. He's going to remove just the screws the first week in August. He said if looks like anything may collapse, he will take care of it while he's in there. I know I shouldn't worry, but my last fusion on my neck, I ended up bleeding so much they put me in ICU for 3 days. He also wants me to see my primary doctor and have a complete physical and blood work done before the surgery.
