I am fused from C-2 to T-1. they went from the back since I had two previous surgeries from the front. I read about people with one or two level fusions with all their pain.....please....I feel like I have a cinderblock in my back and a 2x4 on my shoulders. Your two and three level fusion will heal a lot faster then mine. It just takes time....

I also am a previous posterior cervical patient. Hang in there, this is a rough surgery and it takes longer to heal. Believe me every time someone told me it takes time I wanted to smack them, patience is not my best virtue. That being said, it does take time. This is a huge surgery. How long has it been since your surgery? Are you walking daily to avoid the muscle problems? Walking everyday helped me more then I can even begin to describe. I walked daily even on the bad days.
