22 Year Old With Terrible Back Pain for 5 Years

I'm a 22 year old female, and I've had back pain for 5 years now. The pain is like a grinding feeling between my shoulder blades. I also have numbness and tingling in my legs, and my joints swell up. It has gotten worse over time. I recently had a x-ray, and it showed degenerative disc disease in my thoracic. I also just had a MRI, and it showed mild disc changes in my T6-T7, and T7-T8. I am meeting with my pain management doctor this week to discuss the findings. I am on different medicines to try and help the pain. Nothing seems to be helping, and I've tried many different types of medicines. I've also tried facet injections, pt, and have seen a chiropractor. I work full time, but it is very hard to even get out of bed. I'm contemplating quitting my job. I also can't go out to dinner, or even hangout with friends because of the excrutiating pain. I'm wondering if anyone has experienced this, or knows of any other treatments to try?
