Hi all! :D

Newbie here! Lovin' the site so far! What a great way to share, learn, and support each other!

I'll be adding my situation to my siggy line, as I have seen others doing (great idea btw)!

Just wanted to say a quick hello and that I look forward to meeting everyone as I begin my own journey down the surgical path!

Hope everyone has a pain-free day!

  • It's good to hear others about their spine disorders and we may help them and or get help from their post. I hope all goes well with you.
  • Hi Britt!

    Thank you for your well-wishing!
I'm finding so much great info on this board. I mean, it's one thing to hear what the "recovery" is like from a surgeon, than it is from the people who've actually lived through it. Docs tend to "sanitize" aspects of the recovery and not tell us the gritty/hard truths of how difficult it can be!

    Great stuff here! =D>
  • hi and welcome to the forum! :H we are here to offer you support and answer what questions we can. i am sorry to hear you may be facing another aurgery in the future! for now you are in a back brace!! i am sorry you are suffering from chronic pain and have been for many years..please have a good look around and make yourself at home.. stop by anytime! Jenny :)
  • Hi Lulu!

    Thanks for the warm welcome!
I've been doing a ton of reading!
That "handy list for surgery" is invaluable! So many things that I wouldn't have thought about!

I hope you have a great day, hon, and thanks again!
