Hi! Newbie here. My 15 y/o daughter just had her posterior instrumentation and fusion T3-T12 2 months ago. I've been reading a lot of the posts. I really find it informative...

  • Youve found a great site to get info, talk with other spine issue sufferers, You and her can take the journey together in her road to recovery.

  • It's so hard to have your daughter in pain. I have a daughter with arthritis issues and it's tough when she has flairs. I've found this site very supporting and informative.

As a mother myself, the best piece of advice I could give you has already been given above.

Your daughter's relying on her mum to stay strong, constantly reassuring her that everything's going to be ok (whether you know it or not) and always staying positive for her sake.

This will actually help you too in the long run; it worked for me!

Best of luck to you and your daughter,
