Hello everyone,

I'm the new member of the community. I'm 35 years old media professional, I feel that at the point of time I need to focus my health. As I've been also suffering from back pain sometimes.

My duty is to sit continuously around 8-9 hrs to edit, write, and doing various things. Hope, from now onwards, I'll start walking, as its best exercise.

  • Welcome to Spine-Health. You will find a lot of helpful information on the site, and a lot of friendly and caring people who will listen or answer questions. If you're having back trouble I hope you can do some stretching and isometric exercises.

Let us know how you're doing.

    Take care,
