hi,im new here i stumbled across the site while googling!im in the uk 43 female was very active horse riding,walking dogs,cleaning just had a l5-s1 microdisectomy 2 days ago!ive posted in the back surgery forum for some advice as any ive had from surgeon or physio is pretty vaugue..thankyou :)
