Trouble with Walking

Has anyone had trouble with walking from the pressure on their head and the upper back spasms from disc herniation?

  • :SS Prior to having ACDF C4/5/6 in September 2010 I had trouble walking and was continually losing my balance. However since then and having recently had 2 neck injections either side down to spine my balance is much better. My Spinal Surgeon here in UK is probably going to extend my cervical fusion down to C7 later on this year. Extensive physio also helped with rebuilding weakened muscles particularly in the neck.
