Nerve Pinching

I am suffering from nerve pinching problem since more than a year, the pain radiates from my arm to my right hand, right leg and mostly complete right side of my total body.

I do not have numbness in any part of the body, When I showed doctor, he said em to continue only exercises which i am doing to relive my pain,

Could anyone help me which all exercise are beneficial in these cases, as the exercise I do is not giving me any permanent relief, as I still find some pain in my right hand.

  • Have you had an MRI or x-ray to confirm if it's coming from the spine or could be it another medical condition? Give us a little history as to how you came to this conclusion that you have a pinched nerve. This will help us when we give you our opinions!
