Hi! I just saw my doctor yesterday and he talked with me about a procedure that is suppose to be less invasive. It is called Mas TLIF and will be done between L4 and L5. Has anyone been through this procedure? I am going to have to wait a few months to try to save up to be prepared to be without income for 3-6 months ( my job offers no benefits at all so i have no short or long term disability) but I am at the point where I really feel like at 34 I should try to do whatever is necessary to improve my quality of life. I also found out I have some small lesions in my frontal lobe and wonder if anyone has any information to share on that. I had suspected transverse myelitis in 1999 and im really afraid they will diagnose me with ms. So far they are saying they suspect I have a demyelinating disease and plan to draw fluid from my spinal cord. This has been a lot to take in at one time but at this point I am trying not to stress. Any advice or info will be greatly appreciated!
